I have been documenting weddings and families for over 20 years in the DC , Maryland and Virginia areas. Before I was a wedding photographer, I worked as a freelance commercial assistant for tons of commercial photographers in the DC area and helped with photographers who shot fashion, celebrities and all kinds of Images from clothing catalogs to publications such as Newsweek and The Washington Post Magazine. I gathered lots of expertise in those years, working with people, and being in all kinds of situations and lighting scenarios. Getting to know your subject and bringing out their personalities is an art, and I am honored to be able to be a part of someone’s story, whether it be a wedding or family shoot.
